Nice and comfortable house very close to the pond and Cape Cod Rail Trail. We enjoyed our stay there! Renters should be aware that the house rules and the HOA discourage the use of the private path to the pond and the private beach, although we had no issues with that, and the public beach is an even closer walk from the backyard. Access to the CCRT is best from Bridge Road as it is paved and very close to the house.
