There is a second side entry to this unit in the living area with quick access to second floor stairs. Second floor has full bath with shower, bedroom 5 with twin beds and bedroom 6 with queen. There is a gorgeous heated pool and New Hot Tub for 2026 Season!! at the back of the property and large patio with stone fireplace at the side of the two homes for easy outdoor living space. Air conditioned with window units in bedrooms and mini splits in front house living spaces. Ideal East Orleans location with the Barley Neck Inn across the street and a short stroll to East Orleans Village for ice cream, Nauset Farms & boutique shopping. 1.5 miles to Nauset Beach and Meeting House Pond nearby for kayaking and boat cruises. This two house compound was perfect for our three generation family vacation. This well maintained property has a fully equipped kitchen, gorgeous outdoor dining area with fireplace, and beautifully landscaped pool and hot tub area that’s completely secured for children's safety. We loved the meals from the nearby Barley Neck, two breakfast places and upscale market all just a five minute walk. Great kayaking is only a 3 min drive, and 10 min drive to wonderful bay and ocean beaches. I cannot say enough good things about Jen at Beach Road Properties, who was totally available to whatever our needs or questions throughout our stay. We hope to return next summer!
