If you are looking for relaxation and entertainment for your vacation this home is perfect! Your options are endless. It is minutes to First Encounter Beach on the bay side and minutes to Coast Guard Beach at the ocean.
Come and enjoy! A traditional Cape home situated on a cul-de-sac in a private neighborhood. The house is set back from the road, sporting a cape cod yard and provides plenty of parking for all. The side door enters into a beautifully renovated, bright kitchen that includes new appliances and breakfast bar. The kitchen opens to a good size dining area with a table for 6 and flows into the living room, presenting an open floor plan. The dining room has sliders to the updated screened in porch with a gas fire pit table and chairs to enjoy on a cool evening. From the screened in porch enter a sun filled new family room, with cathedral ceiling for an evening of games, or delve into a new book in the privacy of a quiet backroom.
